Backoffice
Backoffice is a bridge between business and contractors. The product itself is a web-based admin panel covering (almost) the entire workflow of coordinators — Avito's full-time employees, conditionally divided into two functions: operational and fill rate.
Before I joined the team, there was no designer, and the developers were responsible for the visual part from the very beginning of the project for 6 months... For this reason, it is not possible to boast about the product, but a tremendous amount of work has been done.
In addition to current features, I developed Design Vision for 2027 — I've attached a few screenshots below.

Vertical main page and SERP
Work on the vertical homepage and SERP was based on a huge backlog that stretched over an entire quarter. The previous implementation had many problems and barriers that disrupted the user CJM and lengthened the candidate search path. In addition to the obvious CJM issues, there were also design problems — it was outdated, did not correspond to Avito's current L&F, and the screens themselves differed greatly in architecture and visuals on different devices.

Employer experience — Responses, CV's
The main objectives of this project were to standardize the display of similar entities and create a consistent user experience for employers, also creating a mobile version. Before I started working on this project, the interface did not comply with market normal solutions or Avito's current L&F. It was fragmented, and did not provide the necessary information to the user, violating the hierarchy wherever possible.
The results of my work were not only a facelift of the interface, but also an improvement in metrics such as CSAT, Item Contacts, and TTR.

Platformization
Platformization is a database for Avito developers. It plays an important role in onboarding new employees and filling gaps in the knowledge of current employees. The project was developed by a separate team in parallel with our main workflow and was presented at one of Avito Live's internal meetings. About 200 developers use the project every day.
